He or she will use special equipment such as a diving mask and a breathing apparatus tube known as a snorkel. Swim fins will assist your child underwater. Lessons at the camp will be taught by an experienced instructor. As your child dives into the shallow waters with the instructor, he or she will experience whole new world of underwater sea life up close. Snorkeling is best for children who have some swimming abilities. Diving techniques may also be taught during the snorkeling adventure.
